DESCRIPTION:A transversal in a latin square of order n is a set of n entri
es not repeating any row\, column\, or symbol. A famous conjecture of Brua
ldi\, Ryser\, and Stein predicts that every latin square has at least one
transversal provided n is odd. We will discuss a method of counting transv
ersals that applied to any latin square which is quasirandom is an appropr
 iate sense.
