 ngths to life in work through concepts such as job crafting and evidence-b
 ased ideas from positive psychology. Rob is the author of Personalization 
 at Work by Kogan Page which was a finalist at the 2021 Business Book Award
 s. He has presented to organisations and conferences about job crafting ar
 ound the globe. Tailored Thinking\, the company Rob founded in 2017\, was
