DESCRIPTION:In the talk\, regularity properties of solutions to the Navier
-Stokes equations that are locally bounded in the weak Lebesgue space L3
(denoted as L{3\,infty}) will be discussed. The space L{3\,\\infty} is kno
wn as an important critical one for those equations. We shall consider bot
h interior and boundary regularity cases.
