DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite you to our second Technology Enterpris
 e Group (TEG) Seminar this term. On Wednesday\, 11th March 2009\, 13:00 
 – 14:00 Walter Herriot will give a talk on \n\n"Reflections on the growt
 h of the Cambridge high tech business cluster and future challenges"\n\nWa
 lter is one of the leading figures in the growth of the Cambridge high tec
 h business cluster. He is the former managing director of St John's Innova
 tion Centre\, one of Europe's most successful technology business incubato
 rs. Prior to running the centre Walter spent 18 years as a Manager for Bar
 clays Bank\, and was then Corporate Finance Director for Coopers and Lybra
 nd in East Anglia. In 1999 Walter was awarded an OBE for services to busin
 esses in the East of England and in 2002 was the Cambridge Evening News "B
 usinessman of the Year". In 2006 he received the Queens Award for Enterpri
 se Promotion and was appointed Visiting Professor at the University of Her
 tfordshire.  He has been collaborating with Anglia Ruskin University's (AR
 U) Ashcroft International Business School on various projects\, including 
 the launch of a new BA (Hons) Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Management co
 urse.  In 2008\, Walter Herriot OBE was awarded the Honorary degree of Doc
 tor of Business Administration by ARU.\n\nThe seminar will take place in t
 he Project Room at the Institute for Manufacturing (Mill Lane\, Cambridge\
 , CB2 1RX). To be able to provide adequate space and seats it would be ver
