DESCRIPTION:We study efficient infection identification algorithms based o
 n pooled tests via group testing. Due to the nature of the problem\, group
  testing has been widely studied in various areas such as screening and bi
 ology\, biostatistics\, networks\, data science and information theory. In
  our research\, we study group testing applications over structured and dy
 namic networks such as random graph governed correlated connections of nod
 es\, and dynamically evolving network topologies where we propose novel gr
 oup testing algorithms and analyze their performance\, both theoretically 
 and numerically.
