DESCRIPTION:Dementia is a condition that has attracted a great deal of soc
ietal attention given our ageing populations. For the last three and a hal
f decades we have been gathering evidence from population representative s
tudies to help to inform our understanding of dementia in the context of a
geing brains. This talk will cover some of the findings from this work and
reflect on their relevance to current research and future directions.
