DESCRIPTION:We discuss finite--dimensional representations of Yangians and
  quantum affine algebras. Dorey's rule can be viewed as an analog of the f
 amous PRV conjecture proved by Kumar and Mathieu and predicts the multipli
 city of the trivial representation in a tensor product of three fundamenta
 l representations of the Yangian.
