DESCRIPTION:We show that the center of the rational Cherednik algebra is n
 aturally identified with a Bethe algebra of the Gaudin model. At the same 
 time\, using the algebraic Bethe ansatz we prove that the Bethe algebra is
  isomorphic to the space of regular functions on the Calogero-Moser space.
  We discuss the implications of these constructions.
