DESCRIPTION:Three women will share how spirituality has affected their liv
 es and what the benefits have been. With panellists Prof. Shital Bharwad\,
  Sally Wilkinson and Heather Kara.\n\nProf. Shital Bharwad is a lecturer i
 n computing at Cambridge Regional College and has been a student of Raja Y
 oga meditation for 5 years with Brahma Kumaris. The practice of meditation
  has given her the opportunity to unlearn all that we have been conditione
 d with. Through meditation she has realised that everything begins with th
 e self\, whether it be love\, honesty or determination - whatever it is\, 
 it begins with me. \n\nSally Wilkinson was born in Cambridge\, and brought
  up a family here. She came across Raja Yoga meditation in 1993 and it has
  transformed the way she looks at the world. She has worked as a physiothe
 rapist and has been involved with Inner Space since it’s opening in 1999
 .  \n\nHeather Kara is an American with a background in software developme
 nt\, Heather moved to Cambridge 25 years ago for work in Silicon Fen.  It 
 was here that she came across the Brahma Kumaris and took up a life-long s
 tudy of Raj Yoga meditation.  For more than 20 years\, she has been sharin
 g what she's learned through workshops and classes both here and abroad.\n
 \nWe are organising lectures and seminar programs throughout the year\, br
 inging you spiritual ideas and practical insights for your everyday life. 
 Our guest speakers come from different cultures and professional backgroun
 ds and share experiences and observations that simply help make sense of i
 t all.
