DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, we discuss the full Fourier expansion for the g
 eneralized non-holomorphic Eisenstein series for certain values of paramet
 ers.\n&nbsp\;We give a connection of the boundary condition on such Fourie
 r series with convolution formulas on the divisor functions. Additionally\
 , we discuss the possible relation with the Picard-Vessiot theory. This is
