DESCRIPTION:Soft scattering theorems motivate the inclusion of superrotati
 ons among the asymptotic symmetries of four-dimensional gravity at null in
 finity. For this purpose\, the standard asymptotically flat  boundary cond
 itions must be relaxed. I will motivate the need of analysing these struct
 ures at spacelike infinity as well\, and in higher dimensions in both asym
 ptotic directions. In both cases the boundary conditions need to be recons
 idered and the asymptotic structure of spacetime worked out from scratch. 
 The analysis suggests previously unnoticed connections with standard AdS/C
 FT results\, such as the relationship between anomalies of the field theor
 y and the presence of logarithmic terms in the asymptotic expansion. Altho
 ugh at the moment these seem to be formal analogies\, they can point towar
 ds fundamental features of holographic dualities in flat space and need to
  be explored further.
