DESCRIPTION:Since 2016 generalised hydrodynamics has become one of the lea
 ding approaches used to study the dynamics of out-of-equilibrium many-body
  quantum systems\, especially integrable ones. In our recent work we have
 investigated the role of unstable quasiparticles in this context&nbsp\;and
 &nbsp\;whether or not they have an effect in the long-term dynamics of int
 egrable systems. The answer is that they do\,&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;that this is
  apparent just by studying both simple functions such as the densities&nbs
 p\;and&nbsp\;effective velocities of stable quasiparticles as functions of
  space&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;time\, as well as less trivial quantities such as t
 he long-time stationary state entropy.&nbsp\; In this talk I will review o
 ur main results\, which have been presented in several papers&nbsp\;and&nb
 sp\;preprints.&nbsp\;
