DESCRIPTION:Recent protoplanetary disk observations have revealed that not
  every disk is coplanar. \nSome disks have misaligned inner and outer disk
 s. I will discuss how a planet or a binary\ncompanion can break a disk and
  cause disk misalignment. Both circumprimary and circumbinary\ndisks will 
 be discussed. With the adoption of the grid-based hydrodynamical code Athe
 na++\, \nI will also explore the disk misalignment in both the inviscid an
 d viscous limit.  Finally\, I will try to\nconnect the theory with real pr
 otoplanetary disk observations.
