DESCRIPTION:I will discuss the indirect estimation of Hamiltonian\nparamet
 ers through measuring a few qubits of a large\ncoupled graph. This can be 
 seen as an instance of system\nidentification. Then I will speak about the
  controllability\nof the graph through restricted operations on a few qubi
 ts.\nThe two problems have a joint graph-theoretical criterion.
