DESCRIPTION:Two circuit blocks often needed in conjunction with a physical
random\nbit source are a Conditioner and a Health Monitor. The Health mo
nitor\nis used to make sure that the physical source is generating suffici
ent\nentropy and hasn't failed. The Conditioner concentrates the available
\nentropy and ensures that its output is statistically indistinguishable\n
from true random numbers. Efficient examples of both circuits are\npropos
ed that are suitable for FPGA implementations.
