DESCRIPTION:*Abstract:* We are all aware that climate played a huge role i
 n shaping past evolutionary and cultural processes. In this talk\, we will
  see how the recent development of continuous palaeoclimatic reconstructio
 ns covering hundreds of thousands of years paved the way to new and exciti
 ng possibilities in the paleobiology of both animals and humans. Unfortuna
 tely\, these data can be challenging to extract and analyse for scholars u
 nfamiliar with specific climatic file formats. I will then present a new t
 ool I developed that facilitates the access and use of paleoclimate in any
  analysis requiring it.
