DESCRIPTION:Professsor Avtar Brah is one of the UK’s most influential th
 eorists of race\, gender and diasporic belonging\, Professor Brah reflects
  on her most recent book\, Decolonial Imaginings: intersectional conversat
 ions and contestations (MIT 2022). \n\nRevisiting the themes of intersecti
 onality\, identity\, community and struggles over ‘difference’ that in
 form ‘the politics of connectivity’\, Brah’s lecture will bring a fe
 minist decolonial lens to bear on the politics of our time\, drawing on de
 cades of direct involvement in feminist movements across the globe.
