  a popular question asked by career advisors\, career counsellors\, future
  employers\, HR consultants\, etc. How do you approach such a question? Th
 e truth is many people have no idea\, and yet from that position many succ
 essfully build a long term career. How does that happen? Especially\, give
 n the recent economic turbulence\, how do you build a lifetime career in u
 ncertain times? \n\nValory began her long term career as a graduate in Psy
 chology. 25 years later she is a senior technical professional in IBM and 
 attained Chartered IT Professional and Chartered Engineer status. She will
  discuss her career experiences and observations throughout this journey w
 ith an emphasis on providing insights to help young women and young people
  in general to start planning their own career. \n\nExpect an interactive
