DESCRIPTION:Mike Weightman will provide his personal thoughts on the accid
 ent\, the continuing lessons from it\, and what it means for future leader
 s in the nuclear industry.\n\nIn May 2011 in response to a request from th
 e then Secretary of State\, Mike produced a report on the immediate lesson
 s for the UK's nuclear power industry\, and in May/June of that year led a
 n IAEA international team of world expects on a fact-finding mission to Ja
 pan.  Since then he has continued to provide advice to the Japanese's gove
 rnment Nuclear Damage Compensation and Decommissioning Facilitation Corpor
 ation (NDF) on the decommissioning of Fukushima Daiichi\, and led related 
 international meetings and reports.\n
