DESCRIPTION:While companies have made almost every aspect of their busines
 s data-driven\, human resources has mostly stayed behind. At the same time
 \, ever-faster innovation and transformation have shown that companies tha
 t don't actively manage (or even know) their skills can quickly become irr
 elevant. TechWolf helps organizations gain a view of their skills based on
  data already in their systems today - to make this work\, we leverage a b
 road range of natural language processing techniques\, detecting and model
 ing skills in almost any document.\n\nIn this talk\, we will highlight how
  recent advancements in NLP are put into practice at TechWolf\, to transfo
 rm unstructured documents into valuable\, fine-grained information about t
 he skills present within world-class organizations. We will cover academic
  advances in this field and the practical usage of these techniques in an
