DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will show how one can endow the space of b-di
 visors or b-cycles with different topologies in order to understand certai
 n problems in algebraic dynamics. More precisely\, I will show how one can
  use a compactness result in the space of b-divisors as well as a theory o
 f intersection of 2 b-divisors to understand how a rational mapping acts u
 nder pullback on divisors.
