DESCRIPTION:In rich tomography problems we typically have more than just s
calar data for each source and detector. This could be for example a diffr
action pattern\, a spectrum or a polarization state. Often from such rich
data we can recover more information than a scalar image. In this talk I w
ill set the scene with three examples. Small angle x-ray scattering tomogr
aphy (SAXS)\, Bragg edge neutron tomography and polarimetric neutron tomog
raphy. I will give the mathematical formulation\, some of what is know abo
ut reconstruction and uniqueness\, and barely enough physics to understand
  the problem.
