 physics - Xingang Chen (Havard)

DESCRIPTION:Primordial features are signals generated by possible scale-de
pendent physics during the primordial universe. The observational constrai
nts on these signals are expected to be significantly improved through for
thcoming CMB polarization measurements and large-scale structure surveys.
In this talk\, we will explore the potential implications of detecting suc
h signals for our understanding of the primordial universe. These implicat
ions include providing observational evidence to distinguish between infla
tion and alternative scenarios\, detailed dynamics of inflation models\, a
nd a variety of beyond Standard Model physics at the energy scale up to th
e Hubble scale during inflation and beyond.
