DESCRIPTION:The development of numerical methods for the efficient simulat
 ion of quantum dynamics is essential for the theoretical analysis of quant
 um systems. In this talk\, the Time-Sliced Thawed Gaussian (TSTG) propagat
 ion method is presented\, including a rigorous error analysis of the algor
 ithm and numerical experiments. In the last part of the talk we will focus
  on the tensor-train format\, a special variant of low-rank tensor decompo
 sitions that can overcome the curse of dimensionality and is currently at 
 the forefront of research in many different fields. Practical numerical ex
 periments will illustrate how we can use this tool for multi-dimensional q
 uantum dynamics simulations.
