DESCRIPTION:Molecular information is complex\, diverse\, sparse\, not read
ily expressed as a string of characters and very important. A molecule is
a fundamental unit of information which can be used to transfer knowledge
across different fields of learning. How can we understand and curate the
data? How can we encode molecular information in a way that can be readily
fed to machine learning methods\, and how can we extract molecular answer
s? I will outline how molecular structures can be identified\, stored and
manipulated so that we can learn from this experimental information.
