DESCRIPTION:Video offload hardware is a vital component of most computing 
 devices nowadays\, including many made by AMD: processors\, graphics cards
 \, and server accelerators for machine learning and inference.  This is a 
 short introduction to how video compression works\, followed by an explora
 tion of areas in video encoding where machine learning techniques could be
  applied to achieve better results than current approaches.
