DESCRIPTION:Using adaptive mesh refinement simulations I will describe the
\nevolution of the magnetic field in the hot plasma of a galaxy cluster.\n
I will point out that this field is more amplified in the cluster core\nif
the cluster experienced a cooling flow than in a pure adiabatic\ncase. Bu
t this scenario becomes even more complex when an active\ngalactic nuclei
releases energy into the intra-cluster medium and\nleads to the destructio
n of the cool core of the cluster. The initial\nseed field\, which is a fr
ee parameter in these models\, is chosen to\nproduce results in agreement
with observations. But the origin of the\ncosmological magnetic field is s
till uncertain. Expanding galactic\nwinds due to supernovae feedback can p
rovide a coherent scenario of\nthe magnetic enrichment of the inter-galact
ic medium\, and then draw a\nnew scenario on the origin of the magnetic fi
 eld at very large scales.
