DESCRIPTION:This workshop supports those who have already returned from a 
 period of maternity\, adoption or shared parental leave and will be held i
 n small groups to encourage personal reflection and discussion with others
 .\n\n\nIt will be facilitated by a qualified coach who will help individua
 ls navigate their personal change journeys during the transition after par
 ental leave. The workshop will cover concerns and fears about managing wor
 k and family commitments going forward\, and how to do so without guilt. W
 e will also cover why “good enough is good enough”\, the importance of
  self-care and finding support from those around you.\n\nLinks and informa
 tion on internal policies and resources will also be made available.\n\n\n
