 n\nAbstract:\n\nConstantly increasing the accuracy of the experimental mea
 surements at the Large Hadron Collider requires unprecedented precision of
  the theoretical calculations. The missing high-order corrections are beco
 ming the limiting factor for the Standard Model tests. I will show how con
 spiracy between different partonic channels can lead to underestimating pe
 rturbative uncertainties in the traditionally used simple but ad hoc scale
  variation prescription with no probabilistic interpretation. I will discu
 ss the alternative approach based on Bayesian methods.
