DESCRIPTION:Geometrically\, the chromatic filtration on the stable homotop
 y category can be interpreted as the decomposition of the category of quas
 icoherent sheaves on the moduli stack of 1-dimensional\, commutative forma
 l group laws in terms of the height filtration. The purpose of this talk t
 o propose an alternative geometric model for the chromatic filtration\, in
  terms of the Harder-Narasimhan stratification on a moduli stack of vector
  bundles on the Fargues-Fontaine curve. Warning: portions of this talk wil
 l be speculative.
