 n held on Thursday mornings at Inner Space. Join like-minded individuals i
 n exploring practical subjects from a fresh and spiritual perspective in a
  friendly and tranquil atmosphere. The session runs from 12 noon to 12:30p
 m\, and is followed by a lunchtime meditation from 12:30pm to 1pm. Everyon
 e is welcome to attend\, and there is no need to book in advance. Come and
  deepen your spiritual practice in a supportive like minded community.
