 uide. \n\nSpirituality in Daily Life is a weekly drop-in meditation and di
 scussion session held on Thursday mornings at Inner Space. Join like-minde
 d individuals in exploring practical subjects from a fresh and spiritual p
 erspective in a friendly and tranquil atmosphere. The session runs from 12
  noon to 12:30pm\, and is followed by a lunchtime meditation from 12:30pm 
 to 1pm. Everyone is welcome to attend\, and there is no need to book in ad
 vance. Come and deepen your spiritual practice in a supportive like minded
  community.
