DESCRIPTION:Let G be a split reductive group over an equicharacteristic\nl
 ocal field F. Lafforgue and Genestier have constructed a semisimple local\
 nLanglands correspondence for G and F. In this talk\, I will discuss some\
 nproperties of the local Langlands parameters associated to depth 0\nrepre
 sentations of G(F). Such results are obtained by computing the\nmonodromy 
 of the cohomology of stacks of global shtukas for G. For depth 0\nrepresen
 tations\, I will also explain how Deligne-Lusztig theory comes into\nplay.
