DESCRIPTION:Spirituality in Daily Life is a weekly drop-in meditation and 
 discussion session held on Thursday mornings at Inner Space. Join like-min
 ded individuals in exploring practical subjects from a fresh and spiritual
  perspective in a friendly and tranquil atmosphere. The session runs from 
 12 noon to 12:30pm\, and is followed by a lunchtime meditation from 12:30p
 m to 1pm. Everyone is welcome to attend\, and there is no need to book in 
 advance. Come and deepen your spiritual practice in a supportive like mind
 ed community.
