DESCRIPTION:In this talk I present the results of my work studying the ion
 ising photon production efficiency of 30 Lyman-alpha emitters (LAEs) at th
 e end of the Epoch of Reionisation (z ~ 5.4-6.6)\, using JEMS and MUSE. Un
 derstanding this type of galaxies is crucial since they are believed to do
 minate the ionising budget of the Universe. Therefore\, I will place these
  results in the context of our understanding of reionisation\, and will pr
 ovide a framework for future studies.
