DESCRIPTION:https://gambit.hepforge.org/\n\nThe GAMBIT community is visiti
ng the KICC from 10th-14th July!\n\nGAMBIT is a framework for combining bo
th collider and astronomical data to constrain particle physics and cosmol
ogy models. It is both an open source software framework and a community o
f high energy physicists\, cosmologists and statisticians\; capable of lin
king theory\, data and inference approaches allowing the combination of hi
gh-energy colliders\, direct detection experiments and measurements from t
elescopes using both frequentist and Bayesian paradigms. The power of this
set of tools and expertise allows novel analyses of dark matter\, neutrin
os and beyond the standard model physics which is challenging to achieve w
ith separated datasets.\n\nThis talk will describe GAMBIT\, present physic
s results and map out the prospects for extension. It will also serve to h
ighlight the key events in the week which people new to the community may
wish to come along to\, including introductory sessions for installing and
using the software.\n\nThis talk will be given by Tomás Gonzalo (KIT)\,
who leads the GAMBIT Core development.\n\nA list of GAMBIT papers can be f
 ound here:\nhttps://arxiv.org/search/?query=gambit&searchtype=report_num
