DESCRIPTION:The study of large-scale structure provides one of our premier
  laboratories for fundamental physics\, cosmology and astrophysics.  I wil
 l describe a program to combine analytic models and numerical simulations 
 of large-scale structure applicable to the numerous observational programs
  getting underway or under construction in this golden age of cosmological
  surveys.
