DESCRIPTION:We show how to define and solve the Monge-Ampère equations on
  the boundary of a symmetric simplex. Through the work of Yang Li\, this h
 as ramifications for the SYZ conjecture\, on the existence of special Lang
 rangian fibrations for a degenerating family of Calabi-Yau hypersurfaces o
