DESCRIPTION:In this talk\, I will present our simulations of an AGN wind e
 mbedded within a spatially-resolved\, clumpy ISM to reveal the effect of I
 SM structure on the propagation of AGN-driven outflows. I will also discus
 s the observational implications of this work\, for example\, in the const
 ruction of AGN-galaxy scaling relations\, and how can we observationally c
 onstrain whether an outflow is energy or momentum driven.\n
