DESCRIPTION:Speaker biography:\nJames Reading is a T cell immunologist spe
cialising in cellular and molecular mechanisms of immune regulation during
chronic antigen exposure in cancer and viral infection. He is currently i
ntegrating high dimensional analysis of antigen specific T cells with prof
iling of the neoantigen landscape to improve our understanding of the evol
utionary arms race in lung cancer. He hopes to better define immune failur
e\, identify clinically useful biomarkers and highlight novel\, targetable
