 gricultural biotechnology company focused on developing next generation ge
 netic tools for crop improvement. Our passion is new breeding technology s
 uch as CRISPR-Cas systems to alter gene activity. We couple this with comp
 utational approaches to identify genes that control plant characteristics 
 we care about\, and define ways improve those features. I will illustrate 
 who we are as a company\, our vision for the future or agriculture and the
  science behind our work. I will also discuss what it’s like to work as 
 a scientist in a company setting.
