DESCRIPTION:To reduce the carbon footprint in buildings\, it is essential 
 to replace the common system with a more sustainable solution providing li
 ghtness and robustness with economic justification. Efficiency in the cons
 truction design has been compromised by utilizing ordinary structural elem
 ents that have not been fully exploited\; therefore\, reducing excessive m
 aterial in them has a significant influence on transferring to more sustai
 nable alternatives. This research aims to investigate innovative solutions
  for lightweight Timber-Concrete-Composite floors. This lecture presents t
 he ongoing research regarding multi-criteria design optimization of sustai
 nable Timber-Concrete-Composite floor systems considering embodied carbon
