ABSTRACT:

\n\nThis lecture presents the development o f a family of innovative Power Control Units (PCUs). The newly developed P CUs have not only high integration and high-power density due to integrate d packaging and stacking technology\, but also the characteristics of inte lligence\, easy-to-use and high efficiency. All these can be used to impro ve the traction equipment for upgrading the transportation system towards being smaller\, smarter and more energy-saving.\n\n

BIOGRAPHY

\n\nD r Yunqing Hu\, Deputy General Manager & Chief Engineer\nDr Hu graduated fr om Hunan Normal University School of Physics and Information in June 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology\ , and a Ph.D. in Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University in March 2013. From April 2013 to April 2014\, he worked in CRRC Zhuzhou I nstitute Co.\, Ltd.\, and from April 2014 to May 2017\, he worked in the c ompany’s Rail Transit Technology Centre. From June 2017 to February 2021 \, he successively served as the Head of the Intelligent Control Technolog y Department\, Deputy Director\, Director of Fundamentals and Platform R&D Centre of the Zhuzhou Electrical Technologies and Material Engineering Ac ademy. Dr Hu has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager and Chief En gineer of the company since April 2023. \n \n
