DESCRIPTION:45 years ago\, Bell discovered one of the deepest and most fam
 ous results in science by showing that the predictions of quantum mechanic
 s are in direct contradiction with the way we normally think about the wor
 ld. In particular\, he showed that there is a conceptually very simple way
  to experimentally determine which one is correct\, whether it is our intu
 ition or quantum theory. In the following decades a series of experiments 
 were carried out which have showed conclusively that Reality is quantum.\n
 \nIn this seminar I will attempt to explain his idea in a precise way with
 out using any physics or (almost) any mathematics.
