DESCRIPTION:Remember stories about people writing programs for laser print
 ers because they were faster than CPUs? It's GPU time now! NVIDIA's graphi
 cs chips are amazingly fast at processing graphics. Moreover they can be u
 sed to write general purpose programs. CUDA is a programming architecture 
 that allows to use that hardware in order to build massively parallel prog
 rams. We will look into the specifics of this hardware that we can exploit
  and will discuss some simple applications for it.
