DESCRIPTION:Lynn is People & Ethics Director of Hotel Chocolat\, a luxury 
 chocolate company with a difference. From a small start-up 15 years ago\, 
 the company has grown into a transatlantic success. Ethics are at the core
  of everything they do – they grow their own cocoa beans on their regene
 rated cocoa estate in St Lucia\, and also have a range of cocoa farmer sup
 port programmes in Ghana. Lynn\, who has been personally involved in forgi
 ng links with overseas growers\, will talk about the company’s ‘Engage
 d Ethics’ programme\, and why ethical consumerism needn’t always mean
