DESCRIPTION:"The War is Over"  tells of a family of Serb Albanians exiled 
 to Switzerland during the Kosovo crisis\, an intimate narrative that refle
 cts the common immigrant experience in the age of globalization. Can a goo
 d man hold up under the excruciating pressures of war\, exile and deportat
 ion? Can his love for an estranged brother\, a troubled son\, and a defian
 t wife overcome the misery of a hopeless soul? Will he be able to re-build
  his life and make sense of it? \nThis world premiere will be followed by 
 a question and answer session with the Director\, Mitko Panov\, and the Pr
 oducer of the film\, Gareth Jones of Babylon Films.
