DESCRIPTION:Effective Field Theory (EFT) constitutes a consistent theoreti
cal framework to look for deviations from the Standard Model (SM) in the a
bsence of light new physics. Within the EFT\, different sectors become cor
related and global interpretations of measurements become necessary. I wil
l present the results of an updated global SMEFT analysis of Higgs\, top q
uark\, and diboson production data from the LHC\, complemented by electrow
eak precision observables (EWPOs) from LEP and SLD. I will then discuss th
e impact of HL-LHC measurements on the SMEFT parameter space\, through ded
icated projections extrapolating from LHC Run II data. Finally I will expl
ore the significant constraints that measurements from two proposed high-e
nergy circular colliders\, the FCC-ee and the CEPC\, would impose on both
the SMEFT parameter space and on representative UV-complete models.
