DESCRIPTION:"Good-Old Fashioned Artificial Intelligence" successfully uses
  formal\nlogic to solve a wide variety of problems\, including knowledge\n
 representation\, planning and learning. However\, it encounters major\ndif
 ficulties when dealing with one of the most prevalent realities of\nour wo
 rld: uncertaintly. We will introduce the statistical approach of\nneural n
 etworks\, and explore its expressivity\, ability to cope with\nincomplete 
 or corrupted data\, and powerful learning methods.
