DESCRIPTION:The interfacial tension is a crucial concept in phase separati
 ng systems. Although lacking its energetic interpretation\, I will discuss
  how interfacial tension(s) can be defined in active systems\, and that th
 ese can turn negative yet while the system is phase separated. When this h
 appens\, novel morphologies of phase separation arise\, which are impossib
 le at equilibrium. If time allows\, I will then discuss the roughening pro
 perties of liquid-vapor interfaces in active systems both in the dry and w
 et settings\, and in presence of chirality.&nbsp\;
